Are all articles on your website in stock ?Yes, we take special care to make sure that all the articles that are listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. You can subscribe on each product page to be automatically notified when an item that is temporary out of stock arrives again in our central warehouse.
If I can not find an article on your website can I order it anyway ?No, if an article is not on our website it means that it has not (yet) met our strong standards and that therefore we didn't add the article to our assortment.
What if my order gets lost or damaged during the transportation ?All orders get shipped by the special high quality courier service of D.P.D. and are automatically insured by us at no extra cost to our customers. If a product gets lost or damaged please inform us and you will not be billed.

Do you give a warranty ?Yes, all of our articles are covered by the official and limited manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects for a time period as mentioned in the table below. Warranty is not valid for damage that occurred because of external damage or abnormal use. If a product is covered by this warranty, the manufacturer/distributor/retailer shall repair at his discretion using new or refurbished components, or if a repair is not possible - issue a replacement ! The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear like palms of hockey gloves and excludes shafts, blades and sticks. (*)
