How can I place an order?

What payment options do you accept?

How long does it take to process my order?
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of item shipping. With the tracking number you will be able to trace your package.
Who pays for shipping a return?
The cost for shipping a return is for the customer.
What if my order gets lost or damaged during transportation?
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact customer service immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received.
If your package gets lost during transportation, please contact customer service immediately so we may assist you in arranging for a replacement product or a refund.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return an unused item within 14 days after you have received the order. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. All original boxes, bags and packaging must be in new condition and included with the product(s).
Can I exchange an item?
If you want to exchange a product, you can return the item for a refund.
What products are covered under warranty?
Yes, all of our articles are covered by the official and limited manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects for a time period as mentioned in the table below. Warranty is not valid for damage that occurred because of external damage or abnormal use. If a product is covered by this warranty, the manufacturer/distributor/retailer shall repair at his discretion using new or refurbished components, or if a repair is not possible – issue a replacement ! The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear like palms of hockey gloves and excludes shafts, blades and sticks. (*)
